You ship as you normally do, your carrier sends us an electronic invoice for all your shipments, and we analyze it. And we get paid only when we save you money.

Auditing

We verify each shipment and all eligible refunds with your carrier, adjusting for holidays, weekends, regional variations, and service exceptions. Then, we submit the paperwork to recover those refunds for you. We check your electronic invoice or manifest for:

  • Duplicated invoices and airbills

Interapptive® Shipment Auditing provides standard and customized reports that detail the performance of your shipping carrier. Our interactive reporting system lets you customize your shipment reporting. These reports are more than just a static portrait of how your carrier may or may not be performing.
