What does this service cost? There is no cost to use this special version of ShipWorks. You will only be charged for postage and any shipping insurance purchased through the software. How does ShipWorks pull my orders from eBay? With a single click, ShipWorks securely connects to your eBay account through the eBay API to download your orders. ShipWorks imports the billing and shipping address, all associated items, order status, and more. This direct connection with eBay eliminates the need for you to copy/paste, or re-key data when shipping. It also supports automatic status and tracking updates from ShipWorks to your eBay account as soon as each shipment is processed. How long does it take to get setup for the first time? Installation is simple – a setup wizard will guide you through the process of connecting to your eBay account and setting up DYMO Endicia to purchase, process and print postage. The time between first running the install and printing shipping labels with ShipWorks is typically less than 30 minutes. Does ShipWorks support scales for weighing my packages before shipping? Yes. ShipWorks offers plug-and-play support for USB scales. What types of printers can I use with ShipWorks? ShipWorks supports standard inkjet/laser printers as well as thermal label printers. Can I install ShipWorks on multiple computers? Yes. You can install ShipWorks on as many computers as needed. The software can be setup so that all users share into the same database, allowing you to manage orders, customers, and shipments across multiple PCs. Are there any limitations with this special version of ShipWorks? The FREE ShipWorks for eBay product offers a powerful suite of tools to help you process your eBay shipments more efficiently, but it does have some limitations when compared to the full version of ShipWorks. The FREE version supports only one eBay account and a single shipping carrier (USPS via DYMO Endicia). Some other features are limited in comparison to the full featured counterpart. These limitations include the number of shipments that can be processed at the same time; number of automation tasks (actions); data archiving; and the number of order-viewing filters, among others. You can upgrade to the full version of ShipWorks at any time to unlock the full functionality of the software. Does ShipWorks support selling platforms other than eBay? Yes. The full version of ShipWorks offers direct integrations with many of today’s leading marketplace and shopping cart systems. Currently, 30 different systems are supported: 3DCart, Amazon Seller Central, AmeriCommerce, AuctionSound, BigCommerce, CartKeeper, ChannelAdvisor, ClickCartPro, CommerceInterface, CRE Loaded, eBay, EtailComplete, Infopia, Magento, MarketplaceAdvisor, Miva Merchant, Network Solutions, OrderDynamics, Order Motion, osCommerce, PayPal, ProStores, SearchFit, ShopSite, VirtueMart, Volusion, Web Shop Manager, Yahoo! Stores, X-Cart, and Zen Cart. The list of supported systems continues to grow. Does ShipWorks support carriers other than USPS? Yes. The full version of Shipworks offers support for FedEx®, UPS, and USPS. Does ShipWorks support SCAN Forms for USPS? Yes. The full version of Shipworks offers SCAN Form support through your DYMO Endicia account (when using the “Professional” service level offered by Endicia). Can I insure shipments processed through ShipWorks? Yes. All versions of ShipWorks support the ability to insure your shipments using either Endicia Insurance or Interapptive Insurance (normal rates apply). Additional information on insurance services can be found at Endicia.com and Interapptive.com, respectively. How do I add other selling platforms and shipping carriers to ShipWorks? You can begin upgrading your FREE ShipWorks for eBay software by clicking on any of the “locked” icons within the software. A screen will prompt you through the upgrade process. Once upgraded, your ShipWorks installation will no longer be in “free” mode. There is no additional software to install after upgrading. How much does it cost to upgrade from FREE ShipWorks for eBay Powered by DYMO Endicia to the full version of ShipWorks which includes support for multiple selling accounts and multiple shipping carriers? After upgrading to the full version of ShipWorks you will be charged a low monthly fee based on the number of shipments that you process each month (0 -99 shipments at $14.95/mo, 100 – 999 shipments at $29.95/mo, and 1000+ shipments at $49.95/mo). ShipWorks fees are charged separately for each “store account” you use within the software. In addition, DYMO Endicia charges a monthly fee of $15.95 per month (Standard service) and $34.95 per month (Professional service with SCAN form). Postage charges are billed at normal postage rates. If you use the integrated UPS and/or FedEx support, each carrier will bill your account at the rates associated with your respective account number. I am an existing ShipWorks user. Can I use the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software? This special offer is only available to new ShipWorks users. If you are an existing ShipWorks customer, you are already using the full featured counterpart version of ShipWorks which offers functionality not available in the free version. I tried the full version of ShipWorks with my eBay account at some time in the past but did not convert my trial account to a paid account. I am otherwise not using ShipWorks for any other sales systems or marketplaces. Can I use the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software? Yes. If you have never signed up as a paying customer for ShipWorks, you are eligible to use the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software. I am an existing DYMO Endicia customer, using Endicia DAZzle. Can I use the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software? Yes. If you have an existing account with DYMO Endicia for Endicia DAZzle, you can use that account number in the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software. In this case, your Endicia DAZzle account number will continue to be billed by DYMO Endicia at normal rates, but ShipWorks service fees will not be charged to your account while using the FREE ShipWorks for eBay software.
