Yes. ShipWorks can be installed on multiple PCs at multiple locations at no additional cost.

ShipWorks offers a free trial where you can use the full version of the software for 30 days. You can cancel your account at any time. If you decide to continue past the trial, you will be billed monthly based on your shipping volume.

ShipWorks is compatible with almost any 4′ x 6′ thermal label printer and 8.5′ x 11′ laser and inkjet printers.

ShipWorks pricing is based on your monthly shipping volume and how many “selling channels” (aka eBay, Amazon or Shopping Carts) you need to use. Pricing plans start at $25 per month. Get more info on ShipWorks pricing plans.

Shipping Features

ShipWorks can create any kind of document you need for order fulfillment. We also have a free template library that allows you to easily customize documents to your company’s style.

You can quickly search for orders or customers using the Quick Search feature. ShipWorks also offers “filters” to organize and research all of your order, customer, and shipment details. You can configure filters (and folders) that are automatically updated when changes occur. This allows you to quickly see which customers have the most orders, which customer has spent the most money with you, what orders aren‘t yet paid, and which orders are destined for P.O. Boxes.

ShipWorks can automatically take care of your repetitive tasks. Printing invoices, sending emails, and updating your online marketplace with shipping details can all be done automatically. You can also create “rules” that are applied when requirements are met. For example, you can insure any product over a set value or always use Carrier A for specific zip code deliveries. With its innovative ShipSense technology, ShipWorks “remembers” your shipping information and automatically populates shipping fields based on your past shipping behavior.
