Pricing is based on two factors:

You will be automatically billed every month starting 30 days after signing up and you can cancel at any time.
Licensing is based on the number of online stores or accounts that you will use ShipWorks with. You can use a ShipWorks license on any number of computers provided its for the same online store or account.
For the most part, support is free. Even phone calls. Sometimes you need a little extra help, and sometimes there may be a small charge. Here's when:Express Setup
Express Setup provides trial users with a one-on-one session in which a support representative will connect directly
to your computer and guide you through ShipWorks setup and configuration. We will walk you through installation, connecting to your
store, setting up email, working with actions, filters, and templates, and answer any questions you may have.
Cost: $50 (up to one hour maximum)
This is for advanced not-directly-related-to-ShipWorks things like troubleshooting problems with your network connectivity, networking hardware, computer hardware and peripherals, drive failures, data loss, third party software
Cost: $50/half hour
