  1. ShipWorks costs a monthly fee which automatically adjusts based on your shipment volume. The fees per month are:

  2. You will be automatically billed every month starting 30 days after signing up.
  3. You can cancel at any time. A final bill is processed at the time of cancel.

How many licenses do I need?

Licensing is based on the number of online stores or accounts that you will use ShipWorks with. You can use a ShipWorks license on any number of computers provided its for the same online store or account.

Support


Standard Support

Standard Support is included with every ShipWorks trial and subscription and covers ShipWorks specific issues and bugs. For standard support please visit our support forum, submit a support request online, or call us at 1-800-952-7784. All standard support incidents are handled in the order which they are received.

Express Setup

Express Setup provides trial users with a one-on-one session in which a support representative will connect directly to your computer and guide you through ShipWorks setup and configuration. We will walk you through installation, connecting to your store, setting up email, working with actions, filters, and templates, and answer any questions you may have. It is our goal that by the end of an Express Setup call, you feel comfortable using ShipWorks and are ready to begin using the software.
Cost: $50 (up to one hour maximum)

ShipWorks Consulting

ShipWorks Consulting provides assistance with configuring ShipWorks to accommodate your business needs and shipping workflow. This service offers assistance with designing/configuring filters, actions, shipment rules, email automation, and other non-bug related items. ShipWorks Consulting also covers assistance with configuring multiple PCs to connect to a centralized ShipWorks database, moving your ShipWorks database to a new computer, and more. Troubleshooting problems with your network connectivity, networking hardware, computer hardware and peripherals, drive failures, data loss, third party software applications, etc. is not covered under the ShipWorks Consulting option and is may be charged at a higher rate.
Cost: $50/half hour
This is a scheduled service. There is a $50 rush fee for scheduling within 2 business days.
