Working with Customers
Most tasks in ShipWorks can be preformed across multiple items at the same time. When you are working with customer records, you can select one or more customers, right click (or use the toolbars) and choose your desired task.

The Customers grid includes columns for showing the total number of orders each customer has purchased, and the total dollar amount each customer has spent.

Compose Email
The Customer Editor window displays a list of all orders placed by each customer, and a running list of all items ever purchased. A notes field is available for recording customer specific notes.
