| How do you remove the archived databases in ShipWorks v2? I see them in SQL Studio Management Studio, and we do not need them. |

Can someone from ShipWorks post a response? This is an important matter. We're trying to make our systems as PCI-compliant as possible, and I'd like to know if ShipWorks inherently has such features.
Do I just have to do this manually via query or the Studio Management Tool? |

There is no feature to remove an archived database once it's created.
I believe you could remove them manually without any detriment to standard ShipWorks operations. ShipWorks would likely crash if you tried to use an archiving features in the future, and the ShipWorks 3 upgrade will fail to upgrade.

Is there no similar packaging option for the Endicia Label Server packaging option or does it even matter what dimensions do in for USPS postage labels? If it doesn't really matter, I can utilize the default dimensions.. but unless the package is really big, it was my understanding that USPS only needed weight of the package. _________________ energy star dehumidifier |

For sake of clarity create a new post if it's a new question, thanks. (Didn't seem like this was regarding removing archived databases)
Endicia's Label Server requires dimension. If desired you can simply create a default dimension. Typically you're not charged dimensionally unless the box is very large. _________________ Brett Berger
