| I was searching for an old order so I changed my view to go back 1000 days instead of the default of 365. I now want to change it back to 365 but now Local Status is greyed out under the orders tab and won't allow me to change it. |

If you go to Manage -> Manage Stores -> Store Settings -> Store Options -> Performance Settings, you should be able to revert back to 365 days. _________________ Wes

ShipWorks v3 does not have this same feature. ShipWorks v3 will always load/display all orders. _________________ Brett Berger

| But how come my orders cut off at 5/2011 - I am certain that we were able to see past that a few months ago because the tax audit that we are going through started in August and we could see the orders back to 2009 then. |

Apologies I should have been more explicit; ShipWorks will only show 100,000 orders maximum in a single view/filter. If you have more than 100,000 orders, make a unique filter that shows order date older than xx/xx/xxxx or similar.
If there are less than 100,000 orders, my guess would be that those missing orders weren't included in the backup file when migrating from v2.9 to v3. _________________ Brett Berger
