|
|
We printed a USPS Priority Mail International label this morning (5/3/2012) and the shipping confirmation email went out to the customer as usual. The customer then contacted us asking us to verify the "tracking number" as the USPS website shows that this was delivered January 29, 2011!
Just got off the phone with Endicia support - they told me it was a "minor hiccup" in their system, that they recycle tracking/label numbers, to go ahead and ship it and the tracking information "should" be correct by tomorrow. If not, please call back. That's not going to work for this customer, so we'll void and reprint for this shipment.
Obviously this is an Endicia issue, but since it potentially affects many users of Shipworks, I thought I would post it here.

I have had this as well multiple times, and never once have I had it not correct it self.
Usually takes 1-2 days to update to the correct information, and unfortunately the customers see this. I've included in my email template a disclaimer on this topic. |
