|
|
All of a sudden I cannot download orders. It says "you do not have permission to perform the selected function."
No setting were changed, no upgrades, nothing done as far as I know to cause this sudden issue.
(the only thing i did was change my paypal password today, but not all of my orders are processed through paypal.)
This is a critical issue as we are running a big sale right now and I have a huge volume of orders to ship.
Please help! |

What online platform are you connecting to that isn't downloading?
If you haven't touched\upgraded ShipWorks, then that error would be coming from the online platform.

I do not know what you mean by online platform. Do you mean my shopping cart host?
Thank you. |

Correct, your online Shopping Cart/Storefront Provider. If you've updated a password for the cart/technology that ShipWorks connects to to download orders, you likely need to update the password/token value in ShipWorks to have the correct new value, otherwise it'll try to download and will be using the incorrect password. _________________ Brett Berger

From the ShipWorks main window go to Manage -> Stores. Select the store you need to change the password of in the dropdown box at the top. Then on the 3rd tab, that would be named as your online platform / shopping cart, should be the settings you need to change.
