Hi there!
For USPS Priority Mail International labels, the post office is complaining about the formatting of this.
Apparently the buyer first name, and last name are supposed to be on separate lines. Also the merchandise box needs to be checked off (we mark items as merchandise, but it does not check the box).
Let me know if you have any suggestions on this one.

ShipWorks doesn't have much (if any) control over the formatting of the labels as they are generated and provided by the shipping carrier.
Which USPS Provider are you using? (Endicia/Express/Stamps.com?)
I'd start by contacting the provide to ask them this question first, to see if they have any recommendations for this situation. _________________ Brett Berger
