We keep getting the following message when we try to ship or download new orders:

The shipworks license server returned an invalid response.

Details: The 'nofollow' start tag on line '1' does not match the end tag of 'iframe'. Line 3, position 3.


Any ideas?? We are unable to do any with SW at the moment. We have no changes to our system or SW

Same problem here.

And we are virus warnings when visiting the interapptive website.

Can we get an update on what this problem is?

I spoke to someone at Interapptive. They are in an all hands on deck mode trying to fix this issue. This was about 5 minutes ago.

They are aware and it is affecting everyone systemwide.

This morning at approximately 9:30 AM EST, we experienced a server related issue that impacted our customers' ability to access our website and use ShipWorks. Our hosting provider immediately began working to resolve the problem and restored some services shortly after they became aware of the issue. Our systems were fully operational again by early this afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenince and disrpution this may have caused to your normal business activites. We are actively working with our provider to minimize the possibility of this type of disruption occuring again in the future.

What is the exact error or issue you're seeing?

Edit: Additionally, you can create your Support Request case by completing the form on the contact page (http://www.interapptive.com/company/contact.html). This will get your request in a queue for callback, same as creating that request via the phone with a person.
