Trying to send a package to Northern Marianas (MP) they use USPS mail system but the will NOT accept Delivery Confirmation.
I keep getting the error kicked back "One or more services not available to this destination" In Shipworks 2 I could turn off Delivery Confirmation when this came up. Can't seem to find a way to turn that off in SW3.
Trying to save a trip to the post office.

This isn't supported by the Endicia API that ShipWorks 3 uses. I believe it's a postal regulation that prevents them from doing so in the API vs. DAZzle which v2 used. Unfortunately I don't think there is a work around, and the same would be true of other postage providers as well.

I am having the same problem. Switching back and forth from USA To Northern Mariana Islands produces the same error. "One or more services are not available to the destination address"
The only options I see for Confirmation are Signature or Delivery Confirmation.
How do I ship a package to 96952 ? |
