Hi,
I have a custom packing slip where I created a header image with a black and white company logo and address information. I use a ZP450 for printing thermal labels and the UPS labels come out nice and dark but the labels I print for the packing slip and Express 1 are a bit blurry and light. Is there a way to adjust the speed of printing and darkness settings in Shipworks for these? Thank you!

Perhaps try adjusting your thermal printer driver's settings to increase darkness or speed settings as desired. There are no settings in ShipWorks that controls these settings. ShipWorks prints the label/file that is returned to us by the carrier after you click process.
