| So I stopped combining orders until I'm ready to ship them because they often disappear after being combine. I now sort the orders list by name so they print out out in order..well by name. But it doesn't quite do that. Even though I sorted by name and printed, it doesn't print out correctly. Some orders are nowhere near the others with like names. Why does this happen? |

There is currently an issue with combining eBay orders in Shipworks. I'm not sure if this is the same issue as what I am experiencing or not.

Hopefull they can get a handle on that soon.
I just realized it prints by order number because it prints out with a template. How can I make it so the order summary sorts by customer name instead of order number? |

| Any ETA on the fix? This one costs us money as the only way we get it to work is to combine right before you ship and hope SW does not try to download. |
