Shipping using FedEx to New South Wales Australia and I get that message.
"State/Prov exeeds the limit of 2 characters"
Where am I suppose to put "New South Wales" then? |

I'd think it would work on one of the address lines, but it may be a better question for a FedEx rep.

You can put anything in there....I think I did "SW". They will route it via Zip, so double check label when it prints to see if it is going to proper region.
But, yes this should be fixed in Shipworks. Provide a proper drop down, etc., instead of letting us try to guess what will/will not pass through. |
