|
|
| We recently switched to using this button, vs. the old "Endicia Dazzle" button, and I would like to take advantage of being able to print a label and an invoice on 2 4x6 label sheets. I actually did this by accident once but I can't seem to figure out how to replicate this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Well basically you will need to update your template first to print to your thermal and set it to be a paper size of 4x6". In ShipWorks v2.9 click Manage > Templates > highlight/choose the template you want, ie Invoice\Standard > Settings tab > Printing section > point this to / choose your thermal printer. Then click to the Page Setup section > change Page Size to be 'Custom' then set your dimensions to be 4x6" with zero margins (adjust later as needed). Click close to save. Then test print that, right click an order > Print > choose that Invoice\Standard you just adjusted, should be what you're looking for.
To make it automatically print to the thermal after each label make an action to do so. Manage > Actions > New > Call it Print Invoice or whatever you like > set it up like this;
Run task when: Shipment Processed
With Service: ANY
For: ANY
Task 1: Print - Using template Invoice\Standard.
Then every time a label is processed you should get this printed as well (for all carriers not just Endicia Postage, or limit the With Service to be just Endicia Postage if you don't want it to print when using other service providers, UPS,FedEx, Endicia DAZzle, etc). _________________ Brett Berger
