Automated Tasks

I have been using the software for about a month it makes my life much easier. Few things to really consider in new releases if possible for eBay users:

1. fedex integration
2. automated feedback
2a. automatically when a buyer leaves feedback
3. Auto. when their item is shipped or when they pay
3. Action to automatically thank them after they get their item and to remember to leave feedback
4. auto. email once i leave feedback for them
5. auto email if payment is not receieved a set amount of time after the auction closes.
6. Auto. download orders every hour or any other designated time.

Every other feature is a great time save and love the program and the support.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. FedEx support is being addressed and will be available soon. We may consider some of the actions you mentioned for a future release of ShipWorks. With regards to request #3, currently you can set a Action in ShipWorks to automatically perform a task (email, etc.) after you have created a shipment for an order. The email you automatically send could contain whatever information you desire - ie. a request for them to leave feedback for you.
