Hello,
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. FedEx support is being addressed and will be available soon. We may consider some of the actions you mentioned for a future release of ShipWorks. With regards to request #3, currently you can set a Action in ShipWorks to automatically perform a task (email, etc.) after you have created a shipment for an order. The email you automatically send could contain whatever information you desire - ie. a request for them to leave feedback for you.
Please let us know if you have further suggestions.
