We'd like to keep the Amazon orders we have on SW2 (because we're unable to create backup from this version due to missing archived DBs). We tried installing SW3, but the Amazon license key is not working as it is already being used by SW2.
If we reset this and apply to SW3, what happens to SW2 Amazon orders? We're not going to be downloading anymore orders with SW2, but we'd like to be able to finish processing them this week. Also, is resetting the license key a quick operation or do we need to wait a while before moving on with the procedure?
Any ideas on how to proceed? |

Email me your license key and I will reset the activation if you're stuck there. You will still have all your historical orders in both versions, but once we reset the activation you won't be able to download/process those Amazon orders in v2.9.
We can also likely help with the backup issue if desired.
