|
|
Hi,
I am using around 2 inch by 1 inch labels to print shipping address on.
I can't seem to get anything working, no address showing up.
Has anyone got a template for something lke this?
I can easily get it working in nicelabel, but can't get even close in shipworks.
Thanks |

If the question is regarding printing a plain label with just the to / from address information on it but not an actual postage paid shipment label, similar to an 'avery' label, then this is feasible in ShipWorks v2.9 and v3.
Some details here how to create this template in v3 here: http://www.interapptive.com/support/viewtopic.php?t=9259. Update your template to be the correct physical dimensions for your paper size. To do this click Manage > Templates > Edit > Settings tab > Labels section > click Choose > click Custom > Create New.. > Provide Name > Set Sheet size to be Custom > Dimensions to be 2 x 1" (or your correct dims) > in the Label Dimensions area set Height to be 1 and Width to be 2".
If the question is regarding a postage paid label for UPS, FedEx, or the USPS. Then the answer is unfortunately no, ShipWorks supports 4x6" formats for postage paid and pre-formatted shipping labels from the major shipping carriers. _________________ Brett Berger

Hey,
I did this and the preview looks correct, but when I print it, i get 2 labels with nothing printed on them.
Has it got to do with my labels being the other way? Can you set portrait/landscape?
Would this be the issue? I customized the code so only the shipping address would print up. |

To adjust the orientation adjust the margins from 2x1" to 1x2". Or try shrinking the font down possibly. _________________ Brett Berger

Likely just needs additional tweaking, be it to the template code, font size, or margins. Create a case on our contact page and a technician will reach out to see if this can be tweaked to made to your liking. _________________ Brett Berger
