  • 53% of all Thanksgiving Day online shopping will come from a mobile device for the first time ever. (source: IBM)

What consumers want this holiday:

  • 44% of consumers said an easy-to use website would make them more likely to buy holiday gifts online. (source: Accenture)
  • 82% of online shoppers said free shipping is more desirable than fast shipping (Source: ORC International)
  • 77% of shoppers want to track their packages. Of those, 33 percent track their packages once or twice, 21 percent track their packages three to five times, and 23 percent track their packages six or more times.  (Source: ORC International)
