Item Packing Verification

Scan-to-Ship, Scan tab

The Scan tab of the Scan-to-Ship view is where you will find order item scan-based Quality Control, which gives you the tools to quickly and easily minimize picking errors by barcode scanning to verify that the products and quantities being packed for an order are correct. You can optionally prevent labels from being processing until verified and/or automatically process the label upon complete verification. Typical warehouse workflows print pick lists, pick all items and move items to a packing area, scan barcoded packing slips to locate each order, scan each item as it is packed into the box to verify, then use the Ship tab in Scan-to-Ship to print the label. Scan-to-Ship can be set to automaically process shipping labels when all items are packed and verified. Pick Pack Verify functionality requires a Warehouse level ShipWorks plan.
