Tips & Tricks: Updating the Origin Address on Labels

Do you need to change the origin address on your shipping labels. No problem!

1. In ShipWorks, go to Manage > Shipping Settings.

2. From “General” on the left-side menu, select the “Global Settings” tab.

3. Under the “Origin Addresses” section, click “New”.

4. Enter your new contact information and click “OK”. 

5. Your new information will appear under the “Origin Addresses” section. Your information can now be used when you process a shipment. Click “Close”.

6. Right-click an order and select Home > Ship Orders.

7. On the “Service” tab, expand the “From” field.  

8. Select your new origin address from the drop-down menu, make adjustments to any shipment details, and process your shipment(s) as normal.
