ShipWorks has launched a new System Status page, located at https://status.shipworks.com/ The page was created to provide customers real-time, 24/7 information and transparency into the operational status of the ShipWorks servers and network.
If ShipWorks ever experiences an interruption in service, we will post a real-time notice on the page and will continue to update it as changes occur.
With this new ShipWorks Status page, you can find real-time information on:
- System status: Confirm service availability for the ShipWorks software application and API services
- Outages and incidents: See full details and communication on any service outage
- Carrier Shipping APIs: Get alerted to any shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) maintenance or tracking issues.
- Maintenance: Find information and updates about planned ShipWorks server maintenance and application upgrades.
Customers can also subscribe to receive System Status updates via email, SMS text or via an Atom or RSS feed. Additionally, customers can update and manage their preferences at any time. (Important note: When subscribing to email & SMS Updates, you must “confirm” your subscription by responding to the confirmation email that is sent after you sign-up for alerts. To receive alert texts on your mobile phone, you will also need to reply back “YES” to the text confirmation.)
