Today, PartyPail.com primarily uses FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail to ship to APOs and US territories. “ShipWorks’ integration with FedEx, as well as our Stamps.com USPS postage account, makes either option really easy to employ when needed,” said Traver.
One of Traver’s favorite ShipWorks features is that it can be installed on the desktops of everyone in the office, and this capability is without any additional fee. “It’s great that if we want to we can install it on the desktops throughout our enterprise so that every Customer Service Representative can have a live view into the shipping status of any order from any of our stores,” said Traver.
