Introducing On-Demand UPS Pickups for UPS from ShipWorks account shipments
We’re excited to announce a new feature for ShipWorks customers: you can now schedule on-demand pickups for shipments processed with your UPS from ShipWorks account. This feature streamlines your shipping process, giving you even more control over your UPS shipments directly from the ShipWorks interface. Scheduling a pickup requires ShipWorks version 12.1 or newer.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This new on-demand pickup scheduling is available exclusively for UPS from ShipWorks accounts. If you’ve signed up for our One Balance UPS from ShipWorks service, you now have the flexibility to request UPS pickups when you need them—no need to contact UPS separately or schedule way ahead of time.
Please note that this feature is not available for customers who have configured their own UPS accounts within ShipWorks. It is only applicable to those using the One Balance UPS from ShipWorks service.
