ShipWorks Staff Grows Again. Team Grows by Over 75 Percent in 12 Months and Still Hiring
St. Louis, April 29, 2014 – ShipWorks, the ecommerce industry’s leading shipping software provider, continues to grow. The company is proud to welcome two new members to its team, and plans to add another three by the end of the summer. With the two newest team members, ShipWorks has 22 employees, which is over 75 percent employee growth in the past 12 months.
Ryan Waldeck and Jessica Sander have joined ShipWorks’ Customer Success Team. This team is responsible for working with prospective customers, onboarding new users, customer retention, and ensuring that merchants are optimally positioned to grow their ecommerce business by leveraging ShipWorks’ time and money saving capabilities. Ryan and Jessica will also assist with business development and partner interaction.
Previously, Ryan held sales-related positions with the USSC Group and Country Financial. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in politics and public relations from Illinois State University. Ryan is originally from Farmersville, Illinois.
Prior to joining ShipWorks, Jessica was with ShareA Sale in Chicago in project management. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jessica is originally from Columbia, Illinois.
